Had a fantastic experience with the people who picked up and delivered our rug, they were communicative, professional, respectful, and went above and beyond and helped me place a rug pad as well! Our rug came back clean and fresh!The one downside of this company was quality and reliability of the communication with the dispatch office. Despite this, would absolutely recommend this business! Will be calling again for a couch cleaning! Thank you!!

My technician for the day was very nice, polite, Respectful and very professional my guy left my Duct work looking like day and night! When he showed me the before and after videos I couldn’t believe my eyes it was a Huge difference!! I can breath now! My allergies are gone and there is no more dust flying around every 3 days he also cleaned my Carpet and did BEAUTIFUL! Job as well very very incredible work ethic such a hard worker and to top it all off turns out we share the same name!!! I thought my living room rug was DONE FOR when I knocked over a full glass of red wine onto it... but they responded to my message almost immediately and asked me to bring it in next day. I got it back three days later and not only was the wine completely gone, but the whole rug was so clean that I had no idea how dirty it had gotten over time.
