Puranpreet is such a wonderful teacher. She’s encouraging, patient and non-judgmental. Her intention is to help each class member to get their own personal best experience from the class. I’ve really enjoyed learning from her.

Such an inviting space and a beautiful teacher. Creation Yoga is a fantastic place to practice Kundalini Yoga, meet friends, and grow wherever you are, however you need. The occasional jam sessions are fun too!

Creation Yoga has contributed immensely to my growth and practice, the classes are nothing short of amazing. Michelle brings a unique approach to teaching, I never expected to feel this wonderful in class or to experience first hand what it means to take my yoga practice well beyond my mat.
