This service heated our house on October 30. Our issue was NOT resolved. We found more of the bugs 2 days after the treatment. Since then, I have REPEATEDLY called the company to report each time we have found more bugs. Customer service agents do their job. But I NEVER hear from anyone.I feel that the field agents are just waiting until the guarantee period is up to make us pay again.. Well, they aren't going to get further payments until they rid us of those bugs
