The owner and her staff are regular people always so generous with their talent. They made professional hems/alterations to all my groups' gowns to the satisfaction of all our ladies with their different personalities. Extremely accommodating letting us come in all hours!

They are extremely polite and accommodating. Had an issue with all other cleaners getting my suit clean same day. Not only did they offer to clean same day but promised it would be done before 1pm (PS I dropped off at 9:30) Best cleaner in and around the Wheaton area!THANK YOU!I WILL USE NO OTHER CLEANER FROM THIS DAY FORWARD.

I was standing up in a wedding in Chicago and figured while I was in town for the bridal shower, I should just go ahead and get my dress alterations done locally too, so I wouldn't have to travel back and forth with the dress on a plane more than once. Wheaton 1Hr cleaners was convenient to the bride's house so we went there, and the service was great! The woman was really friendly and prompt with my fitting. I got into town a few days before the wedding and picked up my dress. Whoa - the zipper was really short and I could BARELY get it over my shoulders. It wouldn't open enough. There was no time to fix it but it was fine for the wedding. I was kinda bummed but just grateful it fit. The owner was really nice about fixing it after the fact - the dress was about $250 without alterations, and its just a black dress, so I really wanted to be able to wear it again. I dropped the dress back off after the wedding and she fixed it right up. It's perfect now. Although I was bummed to have it not be perfect the first time, I thought it was great that she was willing to fix it with me, and she called to follow up and see if I was happy with the dress or not after the fact. The alternation looks perfect so she is clearly skilled and provides good customer service. I'd give her another shot if I lived in the area. Reasonably priced too.
