Received a call from A person named Mira stating she is a nurse STRONG DIALIC difficult to understand She had a difficult time comprehending and spoke rapidly disrespecting me as a patient She stated I have to go for a cardiac CT scan This was shocking to me because Urgent care cardiologist say my heart is normal But to be on the safe side I said ok schedule it She did so. 30 minute she called back and said she .ade a mistake and canceled appt The profession of a nurse us too important for this cumminication

I have grown up going to DMG and loved my experience. The past few times I have been were unprofessional, disorganized, and uncomfortable. I recently had a tele health GI appointment. My doctor was on the video call in a group office with other coworkers, that I could clearly see, behind her. She did not have headphones of any kind on, so I knew that everything I said was heard by them. She discussed my private information such as medication, symptoms, and treatment plan with people in the background that could clearly hear everything she was saying. Every visit no matter what the reason is extremely rushed. They treat you like a timed number and not a person. I think this is stemming from pressure for doctors to see x amount of patients per day, like a quota. Dupage medical group did not used to be this way a few years back. Now they act like a "for profit" organization who treat you like a box to check off a list and not a person. They even notate your chart "saw patient more than 15 minutes". I've seen a doctor who was so rushed to get me out she sent me for a procedure and didn't even explain what it was. Thank goodness I googled it because it was intense and required preparation so I had to go back to her and...read full review
