Dr. Joseph Papuga and his wonderful staff have been instrumental to solving my general back soreness/stiffness problems over the years. In just one or two appointments he has been able to restore full mobility and eliminate any discomfort. He is kind and attentive with affordable, effective treatments that help me maintain a high quality of life. 10/10

I am so grateful for my friend who recommended Dr. Papuga to me for my lower back pain. Last month, I was at a point where it was difficult to sit. I was nervous because I had a trip coming up. Thankfully, I was able to see Dr. Papuga twice before my trip because he helped the pain go away to the point where I was able to fully enjoy my vacation and have zero pain on my flight! I saw him for two more sessions after my trip and I felt 'back to normal'.
