Best experience my wife and I have ever had at an eye doctor's office. They have one of the best frame selections I've seen. Their staff is very knowledgeable and everyone at their office spent a lot of time with both of us addressing our questions (and we had a lot). I would recommend this office to anyone looking to find an office that will take care of you.Update from 7/21/23 - I saw all the negative reviews and thought I’d share my most recent experience. A few months ago, my daughter’s glasses broke in an unfixable way. My daughter was completely devastated because she didn’t have a backup pair nor any contacts. I'd like to give a review of Vision Care Associates in Wheaton. Rick Mital, the office manager provided exceptional customer service, professionalism and courtesy in a very timely manner. Such a breath of fresh air as it seems work ethic and common courtesy has been discarded as a thing in the past in the service industry. I am leaving my current eye doctor and switching to Rosin Eyecare because of the service he provided. Thank you, Rick, everyone likes to know they are in good hands and be taken care of when they are paying for a service.

I was referred to Dr Beasley (Vision Care Associates) by a close friend. I found her to be not only knowledgeable, but she explained everything in easy to understand simple terms. She listens carefully and picks up on small pieces of information to aid in her evaluation. I was very pleased aand plan not only to return, but also recommend her to my friends.
