Had quite a mess on my hands after the washer drain backed up and soaked the carpet. Glenn came out twice to re-adhere the carpet backing to the fibers, then once dry he replaced a portion with some extra I had and re-stretched the carpet into place. A+ service, super nice, friendly guy and repair did not take very long or eat a hole in my wallet. Definitely recommend, thanks for everything Glenn!
