“You need to see John for any alteration needs, especially wedding dresses. I called him a couple weeks before my wedding day because I had gotten alterations done in Chicago and was not satisfied with the end product, but they were rushed and dismissive with me. John told me to come in the same day I called and calmed my nerves immediately. He spent so much time with me (multiple fittings) and really listened the areas I was concerned about, and went above and beyond. I felt like he was on the same page as my vision of what I wanted the dress to look like and basically saved my wedding dress! If I could give more than five stars I would. “Excellent cleaners, been going here for a few years now for odds and ends then eventually went to my military uniform. They were precise with their placement on jackets and shirts, and pants were hemmed and waists brought in quite professionally. I did take a garment bag and hanger combo there and did not get it back. But perhaps that's how dry cleaners are, they may have thought it was from another cleaner or something.“
