My furnace went out on a very cold day in December. I actually did not have to pay anything extra. I have a service plan that I pay monthly. I did not have to pay any extra money for Steve to come out to my home twice in one day. Steve had to come out twice because he didn’t have the part for my furnace. My home is not very convenient to their usual area of coverage, so I appreciate that my furnace was fixed by 2:30 that day. I’m sure the travel took a lot of time that day. I also appreciate the office staff. I was able to talk to someone on the phone multiple times. Thank you!

Maxson came for a routine furnace checkup and found small holes in the heat exchanger, a dangerous situation. We decided to replace our 15 year old air conditioning system at the same time as the furnace. The whole job only took one day and we now have a much more efficient heating and cooling system. We are very, very pleased with the work they did.
