He even provided us with a checklist of many details we would need to handle after the funeral was over. Tim the funeral director was compassionate, kind, and professional from the beginning to the end of this difficult process. I felt he was holding our hands and I could tell that he genuinely cared and wanted to help make everything seamless. He anticipated our every need which during this extremely stressful time is what was desired. We never felt rushed and Tim took the time to explain everything in detail as well as suggesting alternative solutions to us. He never tried to add on additional services that we were not interested in. Tim was very responsive to our emails or if you prefer he made his personal phone number available. He organized a list that we needed to complete prior to the next days funeral service. Tim definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and that was very much appreciated. What was important to us is unlike most funeral homes is that they posted updated fees on their website. Their packages were simple and very straightforward with no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend this funeral home to anyone in need.
