“Our basement was flooded due to a water line break. This occured in the early morning of Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I called ServiceMaster before 7AM and they had a crew of 4 at our house within 90 minutes. The carpeting and pad in the basement were ruined and the crew got to work removing water and taking up the carpet and pad. They assessed damage to the walls, too, and have taking the necessary steps to open everything up to allow it to dry. They work directly with our insurance company and the crew could not be nicer or more efficient. I cannot recommend their service enough...an awful way to start a holiday weekend has been made tolerable due to their commitment, efficiency and professionalism.“
