I used BrightStar to provide care for my father who is 93 and needed full time care after his hip fracture. His caregiver, John, is wonderful. He’s very kind, caring and patient with both my parents which can sometimes be challenging as my mom has dementia.
He’s a hard worker and cleans thoroughly the home as well as does their laundry daily.
We definitely recommend this agency and particularly John. What a blessing to know your parents are in good hands! ❤️

We had 12 months of care with RNs from Brightstar Wheaton. From the start Diane the owner was great to deal with and always communicated quickly and to our satisfaction. The nurses she sent were very efficient and 4 really stood out: Kim, Julie, Tricia and Samantha. They were not only very thorough, knowledgeable efficient but went above the call of duty. They were not only medically efficient but very concerned and supportive psychologally. In addition if time permitted they did little things like putting wash in the dryer, washing a few dishes without being asked. We hope we do not home care in the future but if we did we would definitely use Brightstar Wheaton
