We called due to our AC was not working and explained we had kind of a medical emergency. It was in the 90s and we could not open the windows to cool off due to neighbors constantly burning construction material and tree branches. My wife has COPD and cannot breathe with all the smoke. Bret came out and had the AC installed the next day temporarily and completed the whole installation the next week. Buddy and Doug were really polite and professional. Thanks love the install.
Borter has been our go-to HVAC company for many years. They have never disappointed. They always provide the best and most efficient solution. If it can be fixed, it gets fixed. If it needs to be replaced, it gets replaced. They are always very quick to respond, show up when they say they will, and provide excellent communication and service.
AV worked fine until 3 or so days ago. Then cooling affect got less and less. Tech has been on Thursday and Friday and nothing wrong except 3 year unit appears not to be able our home. Question is why sell it if not to handle hpme
UPDATE!!!!!! Bret came to our home on Sunday and told us that the unit will be replaced from current 2 1/2 ton to a 3 ton AC unit.
On 8 /14 Borters 2 men did replace the entire AC unit
NO CHARGE for work.Bret stopped by and gave us paper work on new unit. I would be very glad to tell everyone to call BORTERS
