It has been great for my kids. They are learning and developing. Not a lot of fluff. It takes a while to get acclimated to expectations, etc, but don't give up. So far in our 3 months it has totally been worth it.

My kids and I started the program with a trial about 6 months ago, and loved it so much we bought into the black belt / leadership program. Mr. Sul is a fantastic, detail-oriented instructor, that focuses on discipline and respect, in a welcoming setting. We look forward to reaching our black belt under his tutelage!

Our girls love this class. Master Sul is patient, knowledgeable and enjoys teaching. The class is giving them confidence, teaching self defense and valuable life skills about self esteem, respect, courtesy. They take pride in their forms and testing and are even more proud to show others. They are progressing nicely and we’ve seen a huge improvement at home with following directions and self control. Highly recommend!
