I had a ton of questions since I am new to this and Kylie was so kind and patient and took the time to go over every question I had with tons of helpful information. Since my hair loss is due to medical issues Kylie was beyond generous and completed the install of my tape in extensions at no cost, all I had to pay for was the hair itself and my future maintenance appointments. My extensions are gorgeous and you can’t tell at all it isn’t my natural hair. I absolutely love having long hair again and it just has made me feel so much better about myself.“
