“Kim is a top-notch, dedicated professional. Kim books plenty of time for a detailed consultation, and is careful to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want. Her technical skills are excellent, and she continues her education and research to provide hard-to-find services. In the 25 years I have been going to Kim, she has never once been late, even when I arrive early. The station is clean and ready for me, and she is standing at the door with a smile on her face, greeting me and ready to go. She is the most reliable person I have ever met. I know I can count on her to show up every time with 100 percent of her energy for me, the client. She keeps detailed notes of everything we did the last time, and reviews them prior to my arrival. She is the go-to person in Danville, but I drive an hour and a half just to see her. She runs her business like a well-oiled machine, while continuing to work long hours to make sure we all get taken care of. If you need someone to listen to you and execute, someone you can count on to do right by you, Kim is your person!“
