I read these reviews a day prior to picking up my Model 3. I was very apprehensive due to the negative comments. I walked in not knowing what to expect. I went to a table where an employee was on a laptop. I told her what I was doing there and she went to the back to find me a person on the "delivery team". A short amount of time an employee named, Yvonne came out and introduced herself. She started working on my paperwork and told me my car was being sent to the detail shop on site. (I had shown up an hour early to my scheduled appointment time) I waited in the lounge area for around 45 minutes. During this wait, several other employees walked up to me and asked me if I'd been helped. They, like every dealership, had complimentary coffee, soda, and bottled water. After I waited, Yvonne came and checked on me and told me my car was almost done getting detailed. I walked around the outside of the dealership and saw that my car was finishing getting detailed. About 10 minutes later my car was outside, with my plates on it, and spotless. I looked over the car, she answered some questions I had, and it was painless. The service manager even came out and answered a question for me. We went in, did the 5 minutes worth of paperwork and app setup. I really don't understand all the bad reviews. I am pretty hard to please and my experience was very good. I was there for approx. 1.5 hours. Part of that wait was likely because I showed up early. I've waited at regular dealerships three times that long. Everyone was courteous and professional. I would 100% go there again for a vehicle. Ignore the bad reviews.
Communication issues but ultimately made right. Brought in my car for service on Saturday morning. They told me that it would take most of the day. They never got in contact with me that day. They are closed on Sundays so I was left in the dark for what felt like a long time. They apparently made a mistake and made an internal comment on my ticket instead of replying to me. When I talked to him on Monday, he really owned up to the mistake and made it right with me. Wasn't flawless, but in the end I am happy with how it turned out
My buddy and I stopped by randomly at this showroom because I wanted to check the Model Y performance. We spoke to MUJ (Arozullah) and he patiently answered all our random inquiries re: Anything Tesla.Customer service was amazing but what made the experience even better was his thorough knowledge of everything that we inquired about. His attention to answering my questions as well as catering the conversation to further educated me about the car and the company was amazing.This interaction became “MY” experience.We got set up to test drive the Model Y and I basically walked away with such a positive experience that I clearly see a Model Y in my near future. =)
