When I work out I don’t want to think about what I am doing. With Ron, working out is not a struggle, but an awesome experience. I like that the sessions are all different, and most of the routines we do involve upper and lower body. Cardio is also sneaked in with the routines that we do too. Also, he can advise on the type of diet you should eat. Today was the best day ever! Ron also is a good listener and he makes me laugh.
I’ve been training with Ron for a few years now and he’s really helped me get into shape, increasing my endurance and stamina. He knows how to push you to your limits, and past them to help you grow, all while taking any health concerns into account. He doesn’t rush you through your exercises, and is patient if you need to rest between sets. All of Ron’s workouts are great, and will make you sweat, even when they aren’t super intense.
