Great Experience using Prestige for the repair on our 21 Bronco Soft Top. Extremely attentive to our needs as a consumer, also very knowledgeable about ALL types of Soft Stops/Convertible Tops. Would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone I know that needs a specialty service like Soft Top repair.
It was certainly worth the drive to have my new convertible top replaced by Ishmael and his Team. As you probably are aware there aren’t many of these specialty shops around the Chicago area. My new top and hydraulic pump are working well and the cost was fair & approximate to my expectations. I was impressed when the first heavy rain storm approached, the pretreated material beaded like crazy (see pics) . Ishmael truly knows his convertible tops and is a professional repair shop. Thank you Prestige !
Prestige is well known in the area for doing outstanding custom auto interior work and routine upholstery repairs as well. I gave these guys two opportunities to live up to that reputation and they did on both occasions. Work was conducted in a timely manner and fees were competitive. The staff even went out of their way to locate discontinued OEM fabrics so that repairs to my drivers seat perfectly matched the rest of my vehicle's interior. The shop's Westmont location makes it an easy drive from most of Chicagoland. My grandfather always said that you could tell the value of a Workman by the condition of his toolbox.
