I should have read the reviews before i booked a cleaning .Unless you speak polish they understand NOTHING worst cleaning ive ever experienced!! Dirt in corners didn’t change the mop bucket water once in the 3 levels cleaned. I called Michelle a few times asked her to explain the issues. She told ne to just let them be to do their job…so i did, only to see they didn’t use any water while cleaning showers and bathtubs ?Final call Michelle says stop calling ?????in other words…write the check$360 write tge bad review and we’re done!!. I used Michelle’s cleaning 15-20 years ago…apparently she doesn’t care anymore. SadThis is an honest review of a company... read full review

I've used this service for many years and have been very happy with it. The prices are reasonable and the cleaning is always very good. They are a professional business and insured.

NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! Michelle is the rudest business owner I have ever spoken to - she was rude, unhelpful and blaming me for the cleaners that came to my house! All the reviews below characterizing her rudeness are absolutely true.
One of the cleaners was "mad" that I only had one swiffer wet wipe left in the box I handed her so she THREW IT AT ME! I have never felt so disrespected in my own home! I asked them to leave after 20 minutes of them coming which by the way was 30 minutes later than when they said they would come. They brought zero cleaning supplies and kept demanding things from me, the did not know how to clean... read full review
