Could not recommend Dr. McKay more! He is excellent. I have worked through a lower back injury and now I go for maintenance appointments. He’s thorough, explains the process, the therapeutic exercises and stretching. Dr. McKay’s approach to your care is above and beyond.

Working leaned over a computer all day caused my spinal alignment to become so bad that it caused increasing amounts of pain to my back. Eventually my pain became bad enough that I sought out a chiropractor. I initially avoided chiropractors because some of them treat chiropracty as alternative medicine for near every condition--McKay Chiropractic is not one of those! Unlike other chiropractors who just do adjustments and keep you coming back for regular appointments forever, McKay Chiropractic works with a goal of fixing the problem so eventually you won't need to come back! Adjustments alone only fix the problem in the short term. He combines adjustments with a focus on therapy to fix the underlying cause of your spine being pulled out of alignment to begin with. Using his chiropractic medical skill he determines which mussles are responsible for the misalignment or pain. Then he uses exercises targeted at those incredibly specific muscle groups to correct the problem. For me, it took a couple of months, but afterwards my back alignment was corrected not only on the short term, but the long term as well. I haven't needed to go back since, and it's been over a year since my last treatment!

Dr. Ross McKay is the best of the best! I broke my back in a car accident when I was 24 years old L4 L5 S1 are fused together. Over the years I have had miraculous treatments from relieving all excruciating pain. I also slipped on ice and injured my neck in 2010. I'm now 63 years old. He has been amazing taking all pain away in just a few treatments. He is passionate about healing people. A must try!
