Previously this cleaner fixed a water stain that another reputable cleaner could not fix after two attempts.Tonight, they called just to confirm a button was missing on an expensive garment, offered to find a matching one, was a very nice gesture.This is the only cleaner i will ever use again, they are good at their profession and very friendly people to deal with.Not your average cleaner!

Stained my son's white wing collar shirt with light bluish chemical all over the front of the shirt and never told us about the accident and tried to put the blame on us had I not taken pictures of the shirt before I had my son use it on new year's eve (no choice since I found the stain the night my son was going to wear it, good thing the vest covered most of the stained part of the shirt.
