We had an exceptional experience at Clarendon Vision Advanced Eyecare for my son Norman’s first eye exam. From start to finish, the staff made the visit smooth, comfortable, and even fun for him! A huge thank you to Amanda, who helped with scheduling the appointment, guided us through the entire process, and referred us to Clarendon Vision in the first place. Her support made everything so much easier and less stressful. Dr. Novakovich was also fantastic—thorough, professional, and incredibly personable. Dr Novakovich is wonderful. She is very kind and takes the time to explain everything. After sitting through visits for my wife, I knew that I would be happy having her as my optometrist.
I don’t leave reviews often but this group is stellar. The front desk is welcoming and professional, The medical assistants that do the imaging were great and they have equipment there that I’ve never seen before. And I’ve been around the block with optometrists and ophthalmologists.
When I saw the pictures that they took of the back of my retinas, on which I have had multiple surgeries, they were panoramic and detailed. I’ve never seen imaging this clear.
Dr Novakovich is brilliant. I wish I had seen her many years ago for my tracking and accommodation problems.
