I've recently had the great pleasure to work with Alex to clean the carpet in my apartment. First, the communication is great, very fast response upon my request and Alex answered all my questions promptly. Secondly, the price is also very good, lower than some of the other companies that I have inquired. My appointment was booked towards later in the afternoon and I had expressed that it would work better for my schedule if they can come earlier. This place is great. Everything from the original quote (that was very competitive) to scheduling, there was great communication and they made it easy. The technician Alex showed up and was so friendly. We had him clean a couch that had some pet stains on it. He was very efficient and worked extra hard to get some tough spots out and at the end the couch looked brand new! Highly recommend!!
