Ascension Illinois - Imaging Westmont

I always go to Adventist Glen Oaks Hospital (proficient, friendly staff) for mammograms, and any other imaging and receive immediate results. Glen Oaks does not do breast MRI so I went to Westmont. Everyone was friendly, but it took almost a week to get my results only to find out there was a technical error and I would need to repeat the MRI. I called and spoke to someone who said it would be read that day, and no one ever got back to me. I called again and left a message and no one called me back. I have since heard it is typical of Westmont to take extended amounts of time in returning results. I definitely recommend choosing another facility.

I had a mammogram here in summer 2015 and am about to return for another. For anyone living or working within a reasonable distance, this is the place to go for imaging. It's not crowded, service is fast and friendly, easy/close parking, clean and comfortable facility. I could not think of any other way to make this necessary service so pleasant.

I visited this location before work, I was in and out. As soon as I around Jackie got me registered and went over my insurance and how much was expected of me at this visit, phew I appreciated that because I might've needed another test. Kathy the tech who did my Ultrasound, was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and was able to answer all my questions. What a personality. The facility was pristine, no garbage lying around, the seats had cushion in them and they were stain free. This will always be my first in-network choice.
