Arturo came to my attention when I was waiting in line at a bank because of the professional and respectful way he was speaking to another man about his construction and renovation work. I explained to him the nature of our project and he was willing to come out, take a look and give me a quote within 24 hours. The quote seemed entirely fair, and we were able to schedule the start of work within a couple of weeks. We asked Arturo and his crew to entirely dismantle, remove, design, build and install a new wooden fence across the entire front of our property and to do a number of repairs on our front porch. Arturo and his crew took on a large siding project for us about 90 min from Chicago at our Lake House. They did an excellent job communicating throughout the project and finished on time and on budget. The job required his crew traveling and staying in our house for 1 week and they were extremely respect of our home. When the job was finished, I requested that they come back to adjust some minor details and they came back and drove 90 minutes without any hesitation to take care of it!! I think I found a roofing and siding company for life!!

We had a wonderful experience with Silver Phoenix. Arturo thoroughly explained siding options so we could make the best decision for our home. Silver Phoenix also finish the project in their quoted time frame and had beautiful craftsmanship! We are so happy with our new siding and trim. Highly recommend!
