I was referred to Pro Temp of Illinois from a friend who knew Jamie, I had five quotes on replacing my HVAC and hot water heater due to being 20yrs old. Versus doing repairs, Jamie was professional and straight to the point. Didn’t ask about other quotes I had just ask what I was looking to do. When I told him all three units, he said please send me photos of your current units and spec charts. He sent me the quote the next morning and I was blown away not only with the price.
