“I attended this clinic for several weeks and my experience was top notch. Josh is an excellent physical therapist and a very nice person. Office manager Monica is friendly and well-organized. Diana is bilingual in Spanish and cheerfully assists clients with their exercises.

I am overjoyed that Josh successfully relieved the IT band pain in my leg that I had suffered for over two years. He also guided my successful recovery from knee surgery.

“I started seeing Dr. Mitchell a few years ago when I had a persistent shoulder issue. I tried other doctors to help alleviate the pain or find the problem all to no avail. Dr Mitchell listened to my story, taught me about the shoulder muscles bones etc, & told me how we’d work on it. My pain was gone within 6 weeks of working w him & has never returned. I see him & their awesome massage therapist monthly. One other thing I really like about CIHW is their awareness about natural health & wellness. They don’t push medicine at you, but encourage you to learn about & apply healthy habits. They even offer classes from time to time. Everyone in the office is super friendly, helpful, & caring.“
