The cleaners did a great job but I’d never hire this company again. Was given a quote range. They ‘held’ the amount on my card and told me they would charge less if I used a check or cash. So I paid the maximum amount at time of service. 2 days later I noticed the charge was also charged to my credit card. When I called to complain they told me I needed to pay an additional $24 because the staff went over time.
Unbelievable
We were moving out of a rental home and I had scheduled a move out cleaning with Molly Maid. They did a great job! Our movers messed up by being 4 hours late, so I called and had to reschedule at the last minute, which was frustrating, but they were flexible and accommodating. The maids showed up on time the day they were resceduled to and were thorough and efficient, and I got my security deposit back! Highly recommend!
My wife recently had knee surgery, and we were expecting a houseful for Christmas! Team 4 did an outstanding job cleaning our three-story house!There's no way my wife and I could've tackled the job they did working side-by-side for 5 hrs on every floor.We are so grateful to have a beautiful and clean Christmas house for our out-of-state family and friends. Highly recommend!
