I had such a great experience with Taylor! During my consultation she showed me different extension samples and helped me find the perfect blend that matched my hair flawlessly. I put down a deposit that same day, and we scheduled the installation. When the time came, we spent most of the day together and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She was super informative and took the time to walk me through maintenance routines that would actually work for me. My hair looks long and full, and the way the extensions are distributed, you can hardly feel a thing! I've used clip-ins for years, and if you’re looking for a more permanent and less damaging solution, this is absolutely worth the change. I am so in love! I highly recommend going to Taylor if you’re looking for quality hair extensions and a professional, thoughtful installation experience.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! I originally scheduled my appointment for a different day, but they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and got me in sooner. I came in for a consultation on extensions, and because they had the hair in stock, I was able to get the full treatment done the same day! Joanna, Oscar, and Taylor were all hands-on and absolutely amazing. I was determined to get my tape-ins removed and switch to K-tip extensions. They took the time to educate me on the different types of extensions and helped me figure out the best solution for my hair type and lifestyle. We ended up doing a mix of wefts and K-tips, even blending extension colors to give my hair more dimension. Oscar and Taylor teamed up to remove my tape-ins—which was no easy task—and made the process feel effortless. Taylor also colored my hair and was so sweet and easy to talk to. Oscar was constantly helping, jumping in wherever needed. Joanna had a full game plan and executed it flawlessly. She immediately identified my problem areas without me even having to say a word. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction was unmatched. This isn’t just your average hair salon—it’s a specialty studio, and that makes all the difference. They truly understand hair on an expert level. My hair looks so natural and beautiful now—it no longer looks like a wig, and I haven’t felt this confident in so long. I’m officially hooked. This will be my new go-to salon!

I highly recommend this shop. Liz did my eyelashes and I love them!! The staff is very friendly and patient. They take their time to do everything correctly and explained the process to me. Prices are very fair. I am much happier with the product in comparison with other shops. Overall a great place.
