My level of satisfaction leads to my personal participation is not required, consequently, the application notice is appreciated bu not necessary, the specialist seems to arrive as scheduled and does his work. We do not talk to each other as it is not necessary. If I was not satisfied I would make it a point to talk to him - not necessary - and that's the way I like it.
