Aptive Environmental came to our home and explained everything that they did, we have a little one and home and pets and they made us feel comfortable with the choice that we made. We can now make sure that our daughters play area does not any spiders or bugs in her play area. I believe Dan was the person that came.

Mason was very friendly and explained how their services work very clearly. He gave us a discount as well since he was already doing our neighbor's house. For the initial visit, the worker from Aptive arrived on time and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time.
