The waiting room is a classy, relaxing, spa like aesthetic with a modern decor. There’s chill music playing, calm lighting, a drink frig, and sink for washing hands. I checked in with a QR code while waiting. A few minutes later I was kindly greeted and walked into the office area. I was impressed by the cordial and courteous service. I was easily able to lay back and relax. The nose and ear hair removal procedure was quick and painless but I was also impressed by how organized, clean and professional the office looked. I left feeling like I could easily be coming back here and recommend my friends and family. This is a fairly new company but I can see this having franchise potential.“
