There is no hiding behind the results as everything is measured on the machines you use so you can see your results from one session to the next. Having that feedback while lifting/pushing/pulling the weights is extremely motivating. Also the technology used on the machines allows you to just inch up the weights each time vs. in a gym where many times you need to move in increments of 5lbs which can be too big of a jump so you never can increase the weights you are using. With the Excercise Coach machines you can slowly increase the weight and continue to get stronger.
The coaches are also excellent and keep you motivated and in good form.“

I’ve been attending classes of all kinds for decades, and I’ve taught and trained-I’m only saying this to underline how impressive this studio is to me. Highly recommend!“

My body feels (mostly) terrific, but I’ve also learned a plethora of additional physical, dietary, and lifestyle changes which have been extremely beneficial. The trainers are highly educated and capable of exceeding the personal goals of a younger athlete, working adult, or even more “veteran” clientele. I highly recommend Spear.“

Zak is an awesome nutrition coach. The program involves daily contents that relate to your nutrition goals and each day I look forward to reading about nutrition and how I can prep healthier meals that fit my daily routine. Zak is such an inspiration and motivation. When I’m doing his online workouts it’s as if he’s right next to me pushing me to dig deeper ? the workouts are awesome! Zak is also quick to respond to any questions. The program makes you want to make healthier daily choices no matter where you are.I’ve also signed up for online video on demand and have been doing daily yoga/meditation. Dani is an amazing yoga instructor! If you have trouble sleeping or trouble living in the present moment, I highly recommend doing daily yoga and meditation. There are days when I’m overdoing things because as you know in our society we are constantly doing something. However, I’ve never considered the importance of pausing (for at least 5 minutes) to bring yourself back to the present moment. This has been so helpful because after pausing to meditate I feel as if I can take on so much more with a peaceful mind. Dani’s online yoga classes are designed for every level. You don’t have to be a pro yogi to keep up. Every morning I listen to morning meditation and it helps me get through my daily tasks. At night before going to bed, I listen to evening meditations and I kid you not, I’ve been sleeping like a baby. A friend recommended me to the place he had been, Fit For Life Clinic, to find out what I should do to take care of the problem. My experience there was excellent. My therapist evaluated my stride and muscle imbalances and asked a lot about my activities and exercise routine. My ankle problem is now better and I know what I should do so that it doesn't come back to haunt me again. Every appointment, I was in a private room with my therapist with lots of equipment that we used. I had undivided attention from her every time I went in. I didn't have a prescription to use my insurance for this so I was put into what they call their wellness program. It was cheaper than having to pay my deductible with my insurance. A win-win.“

Carla, with the help of Kate and Ryan, patiently helped me, gave me some exercises and movements that loosen my shoulder back. After some dry needling and home exercises, I was able to move without pain and reach my back and everything above me. The staff are very friendly and the schedule given to me were convenient. Thank you Greyslake Rehabilitation for being part of my healing.“

With 24/7 access, I can work out whenever it fits my schedule. The equipment is high-quality and varied, and there's plenty of space, even during busy times.
The gym offers a great selection of classes, adding variety to my routine. The community is supportive, and the gym frequently hosts fun events and challenges.
Overall, Anytime Fitness Lake Bluff is a top-notch gym with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!“

Most nights 3 hoops will be taken by 2 to 4 selfish 70 year olds who can barely move playing pickleball. The other 3 will be taken by people playing 3 on 3 basketball who insist on using the middle hoop so the other 2 can't be used.If Richard Simmons married a nursing home the baby would be pickleball. Every single pickleball player on earth could get just as much exercise in a port a potty. What are the politics behind this abomination?“

Fast Forward Med Rx program! $150 for 10 sessions with a trainer!! Fabian is kind, but fair! Exercise isn’t my favorite activity, but with his guidance I am feeling capable again!
