I have been going to this location for 8 years and always have a speedy service. My hair looks great and I had pleasant conversation with my stylist, Evelyn. I love that this location supports our service members and veterans working out of Naval Station Great Lakes.

I, unfortunately, hate to see the disrespect in these reviews from Junior Sailors(brand new out of bootcamp) who mistreat the staff at this location. This has been reported and I will personally see through to it that these individuals are taught our core values.

Evelin cut my hair today and was great! Very nice, respectful and gave an amazing haircut. Took the time to make sure everything was perfect despite how busy it was for a Friday. Will definitely come back to see her.

(First reaction) This is your sign to not get a a haircut, I went looking for only a small trim. It took months to grow my hair, almost all gone. I showed hairstylist pictures of what I wanted and she dismissed it pretty quickly. Also reassured me hair would stay long since she was using a 1 inch guard. But no my hair is super short, not at all what I wanted. I could’ve said something but my hair was too short to fix anything.

(What I said was my first reaction and genuine. I was sobbing when I got it yet after a week it grew really nicely and I got a bunch of compliments, so lesson learned to trust the process.)
