This our 2nd time working with Roto-Rooter and I will say both times have been good experiences. Today Anthony came out and took great care of us. Having your toilet rodded out can be traumatic. But he handled it professionally and never made us feel bad about the grossness that was inside. He treated it like another day in the field. Thank you ?
Unfortunately, the way our building is constructed, we need the folks and Roto- Rooter on a regular basis.
