Worst “Computer” Experience Ever!Just recently had my Computer “serviced” and I have to say I am quite shocked…. allow me to elaborate..If a customer who expresses need for a Computer fix shows urgency, you’d expect to put some effort into the job.. well I dropped my Computer off and it took exactly 7 days it get it back.. when I got home and turned it on it remained on a Black screen for about 30 minutes.. nothing happened.. all of a sudden I receive a blue screen saying Windows failed to load.. Now I am not a newbie when it comes to basic customer employee understanding so at the least I’d want the computer to be tested multiple times or even in front...read full review

Alan ordered and replaced a screen on my Lenovo computer. The screen is high quality and his workmanship is excellent. The cost was reasonable also. I will use him again, if necessary.

Had my laptop for over a month and to this day still have not received it . Took it in to get a simple hinge fix , put a 100 dollar deposit and called me back to tell me my touch screen was broken which was not when I took it there. Now saying it will cost another 275 to fix. A new one cost only 700 . Looks like I’ll be going to small claims court. Warning do not take your laptop here period…..,,
