This is a great school with great staff members and you will leave there with a great job skill !!! I strongly recommend them to anyone interested in advancing themselves with a CDL. I recently graduated from there and I miss them already. Who says that about school?! 160 is the way to go, you should "Nike" them
Graduated 9/14/23 from the Waukegan branch.Great experience at 160 Driving Academy, only regret is I wish I would have done it sooner.From Amanda in the office who gets things going on the front end ( answering questions regarding financing/grants and scheduling. Big reason I chose 160 was her diligence in making sure I had all the resources and answers I needed to move forward as well as the great reviews I seen regarding the instructors.The instructors vary in personality types but all were professional and pushed you to succeed. Gray classroom very well knowledged about the current CDL training everything . Once you pass the class you go to the yard, the instructors, Jay, Joe, Dan, Danny, Keith, and the other instructor at your members name are very well knowledged in automatic and manual trucks. They help you a lot to get you prepared for your pre-trip road and skills I would recommend anybody that is looking to get their CDL to go through that school.
