Dyana is the best! I’ve been in for multiple treatments/procedures, and she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I’ve never had products and treatments explained to me in such a way, but it shows just how much she truly loves what she does. Her level of care is something you can’t find often these days, which is why I’ll always come back.

DNails took me on a last-minute appointment. Daisy was gracious enough to take me on a Saturday morning before a wedding I would be apart of. I just want to say that her customer service was impeccable. She made me feel very comfortable and I am not someone that necessarily gets my nails done ever. So, I had no idea what I was asking for. She reassured me, and made my rough hands look so pretty. I can’t even begin to tell you how many compliments I had on my nails. Again, I normally don’t get my nails done, but after experiencing Dnails and their service, they have long life customer.

Yay! A place that does a great job to not cut too much off when you ask to "please trim and nick the ends and frame the face real nice". They always make it blend and look real nice. They will inquire if it's what I want and like and was expecting, as they are working on my hair and also before I leave. Everyone's Nice. It's very chill. It's affordable so you can tip them nicely. You can make appointments. They have younger and older stylists so you can have a more modern cut and look but also someone there will know what feathered hair is if you still like that : ) I don't go for dramatic changes in hair styles like some folks who are great at changing their hair .. long to short, blonde to blue, bangs, no bangs, but I'm confident I won't leave there stressing that I have a look I'll be waiting to grow out of. I can count on Waukegan Hair Crafters to listen to what I want, and then consistently deliver good results, at a way good price, in a chill, casual atmosphere. Ahh... that gives me peace
As an African American male, I was treated with respect and knowledge of my personal skin concerns. My barber was well rounded and professional about his business. As with all businesses in our communities, with unstable times, it takes the community to recognize it own and to be there for each other. God bless this professional business.

Jordan is a wonderful professional and talented barber. My son is 12 and doesn't like getting haircuts, but he always leaves Jordan's shop satisfied. His shop is clean and has great vibes. There are complimentary beverages, WIFI, and puts on the TV to keep you entertained while waiting. He is punctual and does not rush through the appointment.

Took my wife in for a fill from another shop, they took off her nails and cleaned her up with a completely new set that looks better than any other time she’s gotten them from palatine. Vic took care of her today and she’s in love with her nails, will definitely be the new place to go✔️

Book with coco. She's an amazing braider and very fast 3 hours or less. I also have to mention the hair growth after taking down My braids down astonish me everytime. My hair has never grown so much with any other braider. Come book with coco she will not disappoint

This our 2nd time working with Roto-Rooter and I will say both times have been good experiences. Today Anthony came out and took great care of us. Having your toilet rodded out can be traumatic. But he handled it professionally and never made us feel bad about the grossness that was inside. He treated it like another day in the field. Thank you ?
Two and a half years ago, I had hydrostatic pressure in my basement (water was leaking from under the house into my basement). Drinka Plumbing was recommended to me and Bill Fletcher quickly found out my issue. I have two sump pits, and one was not getting rid of enough water though it was operable. Bill recommended a sump pump with a battery back up and my problems went away. Today, the sump pump was continually going off with no water in the sump pit. The float that triggers the sump pump was stuck and kept the sump pump running continuously. Bill put in a new float switch and it seems to be working like it is brand new!
I called this morning with a backed up sink, I was able to get the last appointment. Tom( most handsome guy) came out was very professional. Tom was efficient and left no mess. I highly recommend Ernie Peterson plumbing.
We've used Ace Plumbing Service several times over the last year for a variety of issues, and they have always been fantastic. Most recently, we encountered a plumbing problem late on a Sunday evening, when we thought no one would be available, and they were able to have someone out to our property in 15 minutes. I have used Rainbow many times over the years. Twice for storm water in my finished basement and many times for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I would not use anyone else. The office staff is very kind and knowledgable. In an emergency they’ve been here for me. Their technicians know what they’re doing and are experts at their craft. They cleaned my carpets and some upholstery today, and it’s 100 degrees outside. As always they did an exceptional job even in this extreme heat. Love this company.

Great experience overall. Fair price up front and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would and worked efficiently. They were respectful of the property. We had some junipers removed, which were close to our small pumpkin patch, and they took care to not to disturb the vines in anyway. I would definitely hire them again in the future.
Can’t say enough good about the job ILM has done today. I thought the brush would never get cleared out but Jeff the operator did an outstanding job! Very conscientious about the marsh environment which was important to us and I was surprised at how he took care of the low hanging tree branches, then made the effort to clean up the mess. We have our backyard back and can once again see the beauty of the cattails and enjoy the sights of nature! Now if only you guys could get the algae out of the marsh water!

Dr. Winslow and his staff do an incredible job. He's one of the few care professionals out there that won't try to put you on some type of treatment plan if you don't need one. Had some minor issues, and he told me if I feel good the next day, just call when I need to come in. So many out there try to get you to do twice a week for six weeks and so on. Lots of respect for the way he handles his patients!
