“We had a issue where the Chlorine was not being pumped into the cylinder. The customer service representative had one of the service Techs call me on Saturday morning. Just in case we weren't able to solve the problem over phone we set up a service call for Thursday. Saturday morning the tech called, as promised, and he talked me through various scenarios of might be the problem, in the end his suggestion was to turn off the pump and wait for the Service Technician on Thursday. Technician, Zach called with an arrival time. He located the problem, repaired it and also did our yearly maintenance, saving us another service charge in October. Customer Service in our country is almost nonexistent. When you receive Good to excellent service it's worth the time to congratulate them and their company. They did a great job of not only installing the water heater, but assisting with hooking it up to the whole house humidifier.The other part that was a net positive is that they came specifically for the job that was called for.
