Andy is the owner of the business and he’ll come out to service your house himself. He’s a very nice guy who’s extremely professional and passionate about what he does. He’s also extremely thorough! I had Andy initially come out to have some preventative spraying done inside and outside my home for the upcoming Summer season. While he was at my house he noticed that a potential rodent issue that occurred with the previous owner of my home may still be an issue. Andy gave some potential preventative suggestions that I could do either on my own or have him take care of. Something I really appreciate about Andy is that he’s never pushy, nor does he go for the hard sale. He just gives professional recommendations and lets you decide how you want to handle the situation. I had him come back and patch up a few holes on the outside of my house and leave some bait stations. This completely took care of the issue! Andy doesn’t just “phone it in” like a lot of other Pest Control companies do, he truly is super thorough! I saw home crawling under my chimney outside to make sure that there weren’t any entry ways into my house and he also inspected every inch of the two attic spaces that I have.
