There's a metric used in business called the Customer Effort Score. It’s about how the simplicity of an interaction can predict customer loyalty, word of mouth, and even the likelihood of complaints.

We’ve been doing a lot of work on our home in recent weeks. We bid out the wood floor work and are so glad we ended up going with Bruce and his team.

Bruce just redid my wood flooring throughout my whole house and he did a fantastic job! My floors were 18 years old and buckling and Bruce new exactly what to do! Bruce was confident, professional, and an amazing hard worker! Now my floors look great! I don't know why I didn't use him sooner! Have Bruce do your wood flooring! He is totally worth it!

We absolutely love our floors. Bruce and his team installed new white oak flooring throughout our new home. We really wanted to finish our floors on site and choose the stain in our home. Bruce installed beautiful floors that looked great even before we stained and sealed them. They brought stain options in and helped us choose the natural color that I was looking for, while ensuring that our floors would be protected and last.

A few months later, we had a minor leak on our kitchen floor from the dishwasher and Bruce came to the rescue and fixed the spot perfectly. Highly recommend this team!
