I’m new in the area and just googled hair salons in Waterloo and Kristi popped up. My daughter was taking me to a meet and greet with my favorite musician in less than 2 weeks and my hair was hideous. I sent her a text explaining my hair and situation. She sent me a list of what she would need to do to get it to a more manageable state. She took me in 5 days before the concert and transformed me. I truly believe she is a genius with hair. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Kristi!!!

Kristi is the first hairstylist I have found that can cut curly hair no matter what style I ask for. I would recommend her to anyone. And her salon is decorated so cute! My daughter loves the cow stool. :)

I have been going to Kristi for the last 19 years. She never disappoints!! I love my "hair" therapist! Just can't say enough wonderful things about her talents and her kindness!
