Kelsie provides above and beyond customer service. You can tell her heart is in it. She talked to me, a first time dog owner, for 12 minutes about their process and what I want to make sure any groomer does for my dog. I'm on her wait list because they are short staffed right now. She spent all that time with me knowing she couldn't take on new customers at this time. I just have to share how kind and gracious she is. There are not many business owners like her.

Great experience! My two 6 year old Shiba’s have only been groomed professionally once prior to today. They were way over due for the works! I wasn’t sure how they would handle this… they’re a little hard headed, lol! Would the boys behave? Kelsie had her work cut out for her & I gotta say they must have felt pretty comfortable because they let her do way more than I thought! I was really happy with what she was able to accomplish & look forward to returning. Cool space too!

Justine is absolutely wonderful. My dog goes into seizures every time she sees a dog. Justine takes such good care of her. She goes beyond the duty of a groomer by coming in early so Lokee can get her nails/grooming done before lots of other dogs come in. She is compassionate and does great work!
