“Went in for my routine eye exam with Dr. Jennifer Wilson. I've had a "speckle" inside my right eye for many years. Dr. Wilson became very concerned because the speckle had changed color and size. Her concern was that it had possibly become an Ocular Melanoma. She fast tracked me to the University of Iowa Hospital Ophthalmology Department. After many tests at the U of I, the Ocular Oncologist concern had dropped considerably. The two doctors I saw at the University of Iowa praised Dr. Jennifer Wilson highly, the fantastic job she did catching the change in my eye. I go back to the U of I in 4 months for a recheck just to make sure nothing has changed. I appreciate Dr. Jennifer looking out for me, she's a wonderful doctor who cares for her patients.P.S. - this entire process between Dr. Jennifer and the University of Iowa all happened in a week!
