Got right in, no wait, without appt. I had a guy there who did a Great job on my extra pedicure (with paraffin pkg). I always get short nail cut. I asked for patriot design & a lady there did my toe designs. Both were very friendly. I've been going there since they opened & now their new name is Beyond Manicure but I will keep coming back.

Walked in without an appointment. They could accommodate me if I wanted to wait a few minutes. Turned out to be a 10 min wait which was reasonable. The tech apologized for the wait and began the pedi. Between the massage chair and the pedi I left relaxed.I

Update: It seems as though they are under new management and I had a great experience!

Great first experience! Walked in and got taken care of right away. The lady was very kind and did a great job.
