“I have had numerous eye exams in my life. I am almost 68 years old. By far and I mean BY FAR...the best eye exam I have ever received came from the Washington, Illinois Walmart! The employees there gave me a personal, professional exam 2nd to NONE. They have real feeling's for your eye health and the patient! You will not leave unsatisfied! FORGET the eye exam providers that treat you like you are on a conveyor belt service and not an individual !“

“I had my prescription and shopped around for glasses at quite a few places. This vision center is THE BEST! Everyone, including the doctor were so helpful and friendly. I looked for an hour and couldn’t find anything quite right. One of the gals pulled out a couple suggestions, and found the perfect glasses for me! They like and joy their job, and it shows. Excellent customer service, I am so very thankful for them. Also, it is so clean and organized and the selection they have is excellent. And they came in faster than expected.“

“The doctor took what was probably upwards of 30 minutes to see me, and while I wish I could say it was because of a young patient that was having trouble, he also took twenty minutes or so to send off the information needed for my glasses (though it could be a machine error, he said he was going to check my old prescription.) I will give him the benefit of doubt. However the lady who helped me choose my glasses was exceptional (I believe her name was Alissa?). Made the experience fun, personalized, and easy. Easy to talk with, communicate with, good understanding of my wants and willing to work with my preferences. She even helped find some more options close to what I wanted from the drawers and back when I said I wanted more options and while we waited. Great employee and a good person- you guys hire right! My glasses came in a week later like they said they would and they helped me adjust them when I said they didn't quite fit or look right. Overall, 4/5 stars and would recommend Alissa to anyone.“
