“We had the dreaded “sump pump quit” problem. As water was squishing up from the two year old carpeting that Cooper Construction had installed when we finished our basement in 2017, I told my husband to “call Brian now!” This was not something we were going to tackle on our own. Brian, Adam & crew were at our house within an hour with all of their extraction and drying equipment. Thanks to the quick response, we were able to salvage the walls and avoid any mold issues. Brian even showed right back up later that same day when our sump pump quit a second time and water was re-flooding.We had to replace all of the flooring and trim. Brian & Adam got us back up and running. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a restoration contractor. Very professional operation and Brian & Adam are extremely personable :) Shout out to our carpenter Tony who was so friendly and worked around our crazy kids running around all day.Thank you guys! “A miracle worker!! The VCT tiles in our commercial rental had years of grim, dirt and wax built up. It was hideous. Somehow B+N worked magic and got them shiny and clean. For a very reasonable price! They were always communicating and being open a honest about the job. I appreciated that!“
