The doctor took what was probably upwards of 30 minutes to see me, and while I wish I could say it was because of a young patient that was having trouble, he also took twenty minutes or so to send off the information needed for my glasses (though it could be a machine error, he said he was going to check my old prescription.) I will give him the benefit of doubt. However the lady who helped me choose my glasses was exceptional (I believe her name was Alissa?). Made the experience fun, personalized, and easy. I came here a few years ago with my family, it was a quick and efficient appointment and I got my glasses a week later. While you wait you can look at frames too and you don't wait too long. The sizing was a bit off the first time I went, but I wanted to try again because I never said anything. I just picked my glasses up today and they fit my face perfect.
